Are Deconstruct products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with a focus on ingredient transparency and safety. However, since we use active concentrations, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. Deconstruct is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals, and our formulations do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Can I use multiple active serums in the same routine?
While many of our serums are designed to be layered, we recommend introducing one new product at a time. Please refer to our 'How to Layer' guide on each product page to avoid ingredient conflicts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
